Vortex 8×25 Solo Monocular
With powerful magnification, multi-coated glass, and a housing designed to withstand the elements, the Vortex Solo 8×25 Monocular is suited to birding, hiking, hunting, travel, sightseeing, concerts, sports, theater – anywhere you want a good look at distant details. Its 8x magnification delivers a steady image, and the close-focus distance of just 16.4 makes the Solo a versatile optic, able to observe objects nearby as well as far away. Its rubber-armored housing is O-ring sealed to keep out water and dust, and purged with nitrogen to prevent internal fogging no matter the conditions. Diamond knurling on the exterior provides a pleasant and secure grip, and the twist-up eyecup and 15mm eye relief make the monocular comfortable to use for people who wear eyeglasses. And at 4.4 x 2.2″ and less than 6 ounces, it’s easy to pack in a pocket, purse, bag, or glove box.
